Enjoying the autumnal aura around us? ?Exploring autumn, absorbing the beauty with trees changing?colours and shedding their leaves, a time of transition and transformation. ?I think we can take so much from nature’s cues. ?Our?practice will focus on shedding the layers as we enter into our slower, cooler yin season and release the things that no longer serve us. ?We can bring harmony back to the body and mind by slowing down, giving room for reflection, and creating a state of ease with our relationship to change. ?

This strong yet calming Yin can be practiced anytime, but works well at night to aid a good night's sleep. ?You will experience a good whole body stretch getting into the deep fascial tissues with poses such as Bananasana, Deer, 1/2 Butterfly, Twisted Roots and Straddle. ?Expect to soften, lengthen and relax!!
