Let the Qi Flow

 

This?class will nurture the yin and yang in you, opening up the space for the Qi to flow. ?We will work on the Pericardium and the?Triple?Burner, in the chest and arms as well as working into the Liver and Gall Bladder lines. ?Expect poses that will work?through?the whole body – 1/2?Butterfly, ?Seal, Deer,?Bananasana, Supported Bridge & Saddle.
We’ll work?through?some of the emotions that may pop up too, working towards a stable mind, kind heart and feeling of joy that comes with a balanced Triple Burner!?
