It’s amazing what a bit of sunshine can do as we come into Spring… the feeling of lightness, happiness… if you’re not feeling these things don’t worry as we will work on a happiness boost this week.? During our practice we will turn anger and frustration (resulting from stagnation along the liver channel) into kindness and happiness.? Yin yoga can clear energetic pathways to allow chi or vital energy to flow more freely and draw ourselves mindfully away from negative emotions.? ?

This strong yet calming Yin can be practiced anytime, but works well at night to aid a good night's sleep. ?You will experience a good whole body stretch getting into the deep fascial tissues with poses such as Bananasana, Deer, 1/2 Butterfly, Twisted Roots and Straddle. ?Expect to soften, lengthen and relax!!
