We will work on the legs with the option to do many of the poses up?against?the wall if you have a wall accessible for your practice. ?If not don’t worry the poses are as equally good off the wall! ?Wall yin can just make may poses more?accessible. ?We will also use?pranayama during our practice to really channel our Chi, promote mindfulness and pave the way for a good night’s sleep. ?
This strong yet calming Yin can be practiced anytime, but works well at night to aid a good night's sleep. ?You will experience a good whole body stretch getting into the deep fascial tissues with poses such as Bananasana, Deer, 1/2 Butterfly, Twisted Roots and Straddle. ?Expect to soften, lengthen and relax!!
