Hatha Vinyasa

Hatha Vinyasa yoga is a combination of two styles of yoga: Hatha that utilises a slower pace with deeper stretches and Vinyasa that flows through postures synchronising with the breath.

The class will incorporate meditation and breath work, and then move into hatha poses that invite you to explore mindful movement in the body. You will then build up to a vinyasa sequence that flows from one pose to the next including sun salutations, balances and twists before coming back to a calming and relaxing practice.

This class will build strength and flexibility, whilst bringing equilibrium back to the body and mind. Suitable for all abilities, although a basic level of fitness is recommended.
