Christmas Yoga Flow for Strathcarron, Thursday 22nd Dec 2022, 6-6.30pm

Hello,

I hope you’re well and ready to bring some festive cheer into your home this Thursday 22nd Dec, 6-6.30pm with a Christmas Yoga Flow for Strathcarron (tinsel and Santa hats optional!)  This will be a mixed ability express class suitable for all levels aimed at bringing awareness and funds to an amazing local organisation, Strathcarron.

As an independent hospice, Strathcarron cares for over 1,400 people every year at a time when both they and their family need it most. The Hospice philosophy is about living until you die and the team ensure people have every opportunity to achieve their goals right up until the last moment. To do this, the charity needs to raise raise over £14,635 a day to keep its services running.
