Christmas Yoga Flow for Strathcarron

Hello,

I hope you are well and you are looking forward to the countdown to Christmas? ?To help you along the way I’m hoping to bring some festive cheer into your home this Wednesday 22nd Dec, 6-6.30pm with a Christmas Yoga Flow for Strathcarron (tinsel and Santa hats optional!) ?This will be a mixed ability express class suitable for all levels aimed at bringing awareness and funds to an amazing local organisation, Strathcarron.

As an independent hospice, Strathcarron cares for over 1,400 people every year at a time when both they and their family need it most. To do this, the charity needs to raise over ?14,315 a day to keep its services running. So let’s come together in our yoga community to support this great cause.
