Accessible Ashtanga for all! ?Led talk through and demonstration of the Ashtanga Primary Series. ?More challenging poses are modified with the intention set to take the practice to an accessible level for your body.
Expect a strong practice with Sun Salutations, standing sequence of Triangle, Parsvakonasana, Twists, Warriors and seated postures that incorporates hip openers such as Butterfly, Seated Wide Legged Stretch, back bends such as Bridge and inversions such as Shoulder and Head Stands. ?An invigorating practice for body and mind.
