Great class for those new to Ashtanga or those that don’t have much time, but want to get the benefits from this practice. ?You are invited to take the class at your own pace and level and provides accessible alternatives to poses like back bending and head stand.
Practice, practice and move onto the longer classes on the schedule once you feel comfortable with the 60 minute classes.
