Yoga Basics (Ashtanga Short Form), 11th Jan, 10-11am
A shorter Ashtanga class, so good for those new to yoga that are looking for a dynamic practice or if you’ve been away from the mat for a while. ?Still gets the heart rate up and challenges the body and mind, but some of the more difficult poses are not tackled here. ?Expect vinyasas, Warriors, twists and binds, topped off with backbends and inversions.
