Open slowly from Sukhasana with neck stretches, easing tension here. ?Moving into Cat/Cow, opening the body in Side Plank flows, Wide Leg Child with Side Stretch, before lifting into Tree and Warrior III. ?Release, stretch and strengthen the hip flexors and quads with Anjaneyasana and hamstrings in 1/2 Hanumanasana. ?Then ease into Butterfly and Cat Pulling it’s Tail with longer holds continuing to open the body and let love and light in!
