Step into Spring with this Body Blast

 

Starting slow building from Sukhasana, stretch and twist into Wide Legged Child with side stretch. ?Moving into strengthening Chair pose with twists, and then a flow of standing poses, High Crescent Lunge, Warrior II, Peaceful Warrior. Continuing with a core blast of side plank before taking it a bit slower in seated poses with Butterfly and Garudasana. ?You’ll feel rejuvenated with this blast of energetic flow into your day.
