YinYasa lets go a little slower as we ease into autumn, with this Autumnal Flow, with a hip focus. ?Longer holds are encouraged with the breath as we move slowly into the season with standing Tree, moving into Triangle, Side Angle Stretch, Wide Legged Forward Fold and Peaceful Warrior. ?As we come onto the mat we open the hips with Swan and 1/2 Saddle and we are encouraged to accept the changes around us.
