This class will start with heart opening movement and Cat/ Cow to move the spine. From here we will work the upper and side body,?moving?into a detoxifying twist. Then the heat and energy will build with?vinyasa, Warriors and Triangle pose, into a balancing Half Moon pose and a Wild Thing.
Finally, we will start to relax in a forward bend, calming a busy mind and reset your batteries before moving on with your day.
