We will then move into Monkey pose to free the front of the legs and hips, with standing, wide-legged twists to wake up the inside of the legs and gently unwind the spine. A bit of toe, core and shoulder work mixed in too, with vinyasa?to build?strength and energy before relaxing into our Yin.
