Start off in Cat/Cow then a twist flow to open the spine. ?Strengthen the toes in Toe Stretch, whilst opening the hips and quads in Lunge into Lizard. ?Holding, always holding to build the strength in the body, with Planks and Side Plank and opening with balancing with standing Pigeon. ?As we come onto the mat we start to open the hamstring and groin in Upavista Konasana, before coming into core strengthening Boat with a couple of more twists and Happy Baby. ?Feel destressed, feel strong, feel calm, feel like a yogi!
