During the winter months we often close down our body without knowing it. ?The cold causes us to hunch our shoulders and our bodies tense. ?This practice invites you to stretch that out forwards and backwards working the spine. ?The practice starts slowly opening the hips with Deer and side body stretch with a modified side plank. ?Shoulder opening in forward folds with arm stretch into Triangle and then continue opening with Squat. ?Standing Pigeon continues the opening forward folding into Half Butterfly and then full forward folding Butterfly building up into the counterpose of Bridge. ?Ahh forward and back and all the opening in between. ?Enjoy!
