Starting with an awareness meditation, we activate the spine with Cobra and Sphinx, the hips with Happy Baby and then the core with moving Boat. ?Cat/Cow neutralises it all before a lovely Toe Stretch and Lunge moving through with shoulder openers in Cactus, Hug and Eagle Arms. ?Camel really bring the flow into an energising peal before settling back into Child and Sukhasana, channeling our Chi into a calming conclusion.
