In this class you are invited to notice everything in the present, the breath, the movement, the sensations as we start in a seated meditation. ?From here a simple stretch in Virasana, before mobilising the thoracic spine with a Thread the Needle flow. ?The building flow continues with Low Lunge into Twisted Lunge, stabilising into Chair pose, before building again from Warrior II, to Peaceful Warrior, to Triangle, before languishing in Pigeon, easing into the Yin Swan. ?A slower more mindful Butterfly, brings us back to a seated meditation that welcomes the joy of being powerfully present.
