Slowly building strength in the search for harmony in our practice. ?Tiger pose builds strength in core, back and legs with plank adding to the momentum. ?From here we work up into a flow of High Crescent Lunge, Lunge Twist into Lizard to really open the hips. ?Rebalance as we connect to the moment in Child pose then challenge ourselves once more in Planks before harmonising in Child. ?We then work into balance with Warrior III before heading back to the mat into Butterfly and finding stillness in our Yin.
