This class will work on opening the upper body with a shoulder focus. ?Expect Gate pose, Stargazer, Gomukhasana, Humble?Warrior, Bow and Thread the Needle. ?As always there is a flow with?vinyasas, a Malasana twist to balance the spine and a Warrior 3 variation to deepen our focus on the moment, with a Dolphin inversion before we ease into our Yin.
