We will harness the warmth and sun of the late summer into our?practice as we transition?into Autumn. ?We’ll work on the upper body into the paired Heart & Small?Intestine (Summer) and the Lung & Large Intestine Meridians (Autumn).

We’ll ease our bodies into the poses and explore the physical and?emotional balance associated with these meridians.
