We will be working the Shaoyang Layer this week. ?This will be working along the Gall Bladder line, along the side body. ?This practice is good for?working?the lymphatic system, therefore is seen as a healing Yin. ?We will use the trigger point balls/tennis balls to massage the areas we are working. ?
